About the journal

The Jurisprudence Scientific Quarterly is the academic journal of the Scientific Association of the University of Judicial Sciences and Administrative Services. Its first issue was published in the spring of 2023 under the title "Jurisprudence Scientific Quarterly." This journal started its activities in 2023, in accordance with the permit number 2418/700, dated 17/10/2022, issued by the Scientific Journals Review Commission of the University of Judicial Sciences, under the name "Jurisprudence Quarterly." The journal specifically focuses on subjects such as judicial and court management and judicial governance, but also accepts research articles from authors in areas related to practical judicial procedures from the perspectives of Islamic jurisprudence and law, public law, private law, criminal law and criminology, international law, business law, law and new technologies (computer law), property law, registration of documents and real estate law, and urban law. Additionally, the journal charges a fee for reviewing and publishing articles submitted by its authors.
