Goals and Vision

With best wishes for the success of the researchers and readers of Qazanameh Journal, the goals and development vision of the Quarterly are set out as follows. We hope, with the cooperation and support of our esteemed audience, to implement the journal’s programs so that it may be enhanced in terms of visibility, citations and practical impact, and attain a desirable level of academic standing.

A) Goals

• Publishing new findings in various branches of law and research issues related to the duties and powers of the Judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

• Providing an appropriate research platform to enhance the legal-scientific level of the journal’s target community.

• Creating greater opportunities for cooperation among researchers across the country, and fostering interaction between judges and legal scholars in related fields.

• Raising new scientific issues, contributing to knowledge production in legal literature, and expanding the frontiers of judicial knowledge.

• Promoting a spirit and motivation for research within the legal–judicial community in all related professions.

• Establishing connections between educational, scientific and research centres to enable the transfer and exchange of knowledge, experiences and new scientific achievements.

• Identifying and addressing new legal issues related to legal and judicial challenges and constraints.

B) Vision

• Improving the quality of the journal, upgrading its ranking and impact factor, and completing the indexing process in citation databases.

• Digitalising and smartening the processes of receiving, sending and managing information and communications between users, reviewers and the journal (automated review and mechanical transfer of information).

• Updating, expanding and upgrading electronic facilities for articles.

• Sharing scientific information with reputable legal journals through indexing and useful linkages.

• Integrating the journal’s platform with scientific databases and simultaneously disseminating information via social networks across all sections of the site (news and useful announcements).
