Qazanameh Quarterly
Qazanameh Quarterly is one of the newly established institutional journals of the oldest and most deeply rooted specialised judicial training institution in Iran, which began its activities in the early 1360s (1980s) in response to the needs and circumstances of the time.
In line with this mission, an Editorial Board composed of leading legal scholars of the country—who meet the criteria set out in the national regulations on scientific journals—as well as experienced judicial colleagues was first formed. The main orientation of this quarterly is to publish articles that push the frontiers of legal knowledge and judicial insight, present the theoretical foundations of this discipline, or examine judicial realities through a scientific lens. Accordingly, priority is given to articles that, by raising challenging issues, help resolve legal and judicial problems in the country and facilitate the transfer of innovative legal ideas from academic–research centres to judges and the judiciary, or conversely, convey judicial experience from the courts to universities and research institutes.
Since one of the obstacles to development in our country is the existence of inadequate laws and regulations, the journal also welcomes, with appreciation, articles that critically examine legal bills, legislative proposals, enacted statutes, regulations and judicial precedents.
Open Access Policy
Qazanameh Quarterly is a fully open access journal, and all of its articles are made freely available online immediately upon publication. All content of the journal is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence, which provides users with unrestricted open access. All authors are able to publish their articles under the terms of this licence.
Licence Terms
According to the definition on the Creative Commons website, this licence permits others to distribute, remix, adapt and build upon your work, even for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original creator. This licence offers the greatest compatibility for broad dissemination and maximum use of licensed content.
