Open Access Statement
Jurisprudence Quarterly is a fully open access journal. All content published in this journal is made freely and immediately available online upon publication without any embargo period. The journal adheres to the DOAJ definition of open access, ensuring that the copyright holder of each scholarly work grants usage rights to others through an open license.
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, or an equivalent open license. This license permits any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of articles, to crawl the content for indexing, to use materials as data for software, or to use the content for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the authors, provided proper attribution to the original work is maintained.
The journal does not require user registration to access content, and all published material is available online free of charge. A paid print version may be offered, but this does not affect free access to online content.
Occasionally, non-open-access materials (such as images, figures, or third-party content) may appear within an article under fair use or with the copyright holder’s permission. In such cases, the material is clearly marked and appropriately attributed. The journal may also include a small number of non-scholarly, free-to-read items relevant to its scope; these items are likewise clearly labeled, and copyright status is indicated.
Through this commitment, Jurisprudence Quarterly ensures the widest possible dissemination and reuse of its published research in alignment with international open access standards.
